How Long Will It Take to Get My Cheques from Simplii Financial and What Do They Look Like?

Posted on 2017 11 17 by BetCrooks

Right now, in November 2017, you can order paper cheques for free from Simplii Financial. So I did. Then I forgot about them until today, when they arrived in the mail. I decided to figure out how long it took for my Simplii Financial no fee chequing account cheques to get here.

How Many Days Did I Wait to Get my Cheques for my No-Fee Chequing Account at Simplii Financial?

I ordered my set of cheques online on November 2, 2017.

They arrived in my home mail box today, Thursday November 9, 2017.

So it took 5 business days or 7 Y days in total to get my new cheques. Pretty reasonable!

I live in a large Canadian city, though, which may have improved delivery time a bit.

What Do the Simplii Financial Cheques Look Like?

The old President’s Choice Financial cheques were a bit cheap looking.

These new Simplii Cheque remind me a lot of traditional CIBC cheques. They are simple with a dark blue border at the top and a small discrete logo at the bottom right. Overall, I think they look rather good.

And you can’t argue with the price!
